本文报道了由分解尿素的副溶血性弧菌(vi-btio patshaemolyticus)引起的胃肠炎1例。患者于进食生牡蛎后30小时发病,其症状为恶心、腹部痉挛、发冷、腹泻持续48小时。龚便培养有大量副溶血性弧菌生长。该菌在血琼脂和麦康凯琼脂上经35℃24小时培养,菌落直径为1mm,继续培养则增大至5mm。分离株的生化试验,除尿素和甲基红为阳性外,其余均符合副溶血性弧菌的特征,神奈川现象亦呈阳性。
