随着现代职教改革不断深入,提高教师教学质量,培养高素质的技术技能型人才,已成为全社会共同关注和探讨的问题。目前,对于高职院校教师教学质量评价体系构建的研究还不多,而且多是套用普通本科教育教师教学质量评价体系,因此,亟需构建一套多元评价主体参与、指标体系设计科学、评价结果使用合理、评价机构体制运行效率较高的高职院校教师教学质量评价体系。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of modern vocational education, improving teachers’ teaching quality and cultivating high-quality skilled personnel have become the common concerns and issues for the entire society. At present, there are not many researches on the construction of teaching quality evaluation system in higher vocational colleges, and most of them are applied to the evaluation system of teachers’ teaching quality in ordinary undergraduate education. Therefore, it is imperative to construct a set of multiple evaluation body participation, index system design science, The results of the use of reasonable, evaluation institutions higher operating efficiency of higher vocational colleges teaching quality evaluation system.
