目的:探讨基本药物不良反应发生的规律及特点,为安全监管和合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性分析的研究方法,对2011年1月至2013年9月上海市宝山区药品不良反应监测中心收集到的基本药物不良反应报告进行统计和分析。结果:基本药物所致不良反应1394例;女性多于男性,60岁以上患者占55.5%;抗菌药比例最高,占43.5%;粉针剂和注射液等静脉给药比例较高;报告主要来自医生,占71.1%;累及的系统-器官临床表现为1641例次;排名前十位的药品均为注射剂,抗菌药物6个,中药注射剂3个。结论:临床医生、药师、护士应加强基本药物用药监测,以减少不良反应发生,确保用药安全。
Objective: To explore the regularity and characteristics of the adverse reactions of essential drugs and to provide reference for safety regulation and reasonable medication. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the research methods, from January 2011 to September 2013 Baoshan District Shanghai Center for Drug Adverse Drug reactions collected from the basic adverse drug reactions reports were analyzed and analyzed.
