本实验给家兔静脉注射垂体后叶素建立急性心肌缺血模型,以左心室舒张期压力下降最大变化速率(dp/dTmin)为指标。观察了复方丹参注射液对家兔急性心肌缺血而引起的左室舒张功能减退的影响。其结果表明:心肌缺血可引致dp/dTmin明显减小,而静脉注射复方丹参注射液后,可使dp/dTmin明显增加。从而提示了复方丹参注射液可改善由心肌缺血所致的左心室舒张功能的减退。
In this experiment, an acute myocardial ischemia model was established by intravenous injection of pituitrin in rabbits, and the maximum rate of diastolic pressure drop in the left ventricle (dp/dTmin) was used as an index. The effects of compound Danshen injection on left ventricular diastolic function induced by acute myocardial ischemia in rabbits were observed. The results showed that: myocardial ischemia can cause dp/dTmin significantly reduced, and intravenous injection of compound Danshen injection, can significantly increase the dp/dTmin. This suggests that compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection can improve the reduction of left ventricular diastolic function caused by myocardial ischemia.
