受到测量技术的限制,目前步进式加热炉生产过程中无法精确获得钢坯在炉内的温度分布的在线测量数据,只能依赖于炉内板坯温度分布的数学模型实现对各炉区炉温的控制,由于模型与实际生产存在较大偏差,导致板坯加热效果常常不能达到预期效果。为克服该问题,首先介绍加热炉板坯温度分布的数学模型,并基于该模型提出一种步进式加热炉钢坯温度模型在线校正方法,针对加热炉各炉区分别建立适用于模型参数校正的钢坯机理型模型,在线运行时,将各炉区出口附近的红外测温数据信息引入校正机制中,通过校正计算模型参数,提高模型的精度和控制的效果。

In order to overcome this problem, the mathematic model of slab temperature distribution in heating furnace is firstly introduced. Based on the model, a method of on-line temperature correction for slab temperature model in walking furnace is proposed. For each furnace zone in furnace, When the billet mechanism model is in operation, the infrared temperature measurement data near the outlet of each furnace zone is introduced into the calibration mechanism, and the model parameters are calibrated to improve the precision and control effect of the model.
