【Abstract】Lifelong learning refers to the continuous learning process throughout the life of a person in order to meet the needs of social development and individual development.

This is the biggest characteristic of education for life. Lifelong education’s universality means that people who accept lifelong education include all people， regardless of gender， age， wealth and race.
