涉外案件将成为21世纪中国的多发性案件，并可能成为制约中国社会主义法治和经济建设的隐性障碍。如何预防和控制涉外案件的发生，已是摆在我国司法机关面前的亟待解决的新课题之一。文章论述了涉外案件的定义、特征及类别，分析了中国涉外案件的现状及发展趋势，提出了21世纪中国涉外案件的防控对策。
Foreign cases will become China’s multiple cases in the 21st century and may become a hidden obstacle to the rule of law and economic construction in China’s socialism. How to prevent and control the occurrence of foreign-related cases has become one of the new topics to be solved before the judiciary in our country. The article discusses the definition, characteristics and categories of foreign cases, analyzes the current situation and development trend of foreign cases in China, and puts forward the prevention and control countermeasures of Chinese foreign cases in the 21st century.
