合理地作了一些近似假设,得到能反映液相轴向返混行为的等板高度理论计算公式。精度分析表明,等板高度近似理论解误差很小。在推导理论解的过程中,提出返混影响精馏分离效率的准数———返混特征准数,表明液相轴向返混行为对精馏分离效率的影响随液相轴向返混系数的增加而增加,而随汽相总传质单元高度和液相轴向有效流速的增加而减小。文中还给出了等板高度加长因子随返混特征准数和相平衡常数变化的计算公式和曲线图
Reasonable to make some approximate assumptions, to be able to reflect the liquid back-mixing behavior of the plate height theoretical formula. Accuracy analysis shows that the error of plateau approximate theoretical solution is very small. In the process of deducing the theoretical solution, the quasi-number of back-mixing characteristic that effect back-mixing on the separation efficiency is proposed. The results show that the influence of the liquid back-mixing behavior on the separation efficiency is proportional to the axial back- Coefficient increase, but decrease with the increase of vapor mass total mass transfer unit velocity and liquid axial effective flow velocity.
