新型三维(3D)球形氧化铜纳米花是通过一步法无模板的方式制造。该球形氧化铜纳米花是由厚度约40~80 nm,宽度50~100nm,长度200~260 nm的纳米薄片构造的,是通过CuCl_2和NaOH在110℃C直接反应12 h获得的。碱浓度以及反应温度对于纳米片自组装成分层球形纳米结构,均显示出重要作用。目前的研究工作可能会为在很多领域具有可以设想的应用前景的新颖3D球形组装纳米结构的合成提供一个一般路线。
The new three-dimensional (3D) spherical cuprous oxide nano-flower is produced by a one-step method without template. The spherical cuprous oxide nano-flower is made of nanoflakes with a thickness of about 40-80 nm, a width of 50-100 nm and a length of 200-260 nm and is obtained by direct reaction of CuCl 2 and NaOH at 110 ° C. for 12 h. The alkali concentration and the reaction temperature all play an important role in the self-assembly of nanosheets into spherical nanostructures. The current research work may provide a general guideline for the synthesis of novel 3D spherical assembled nanostructures that have conceivable applications in many fields.
