Since 1996, 6 cases of primary malignant lymphoma of the central nervous system have been treated in our hospital. The analysis and report are as follows. Clinical data were 3 males and 2 females. Age 4 1 to 70 years old, average 54.6 years old. The preoperative course lasted from 1 week to 3 months, with an average of 1.5 months. Clinical manifestations: T11 complete paraplegia below the level of the spinal cord in 1 case; increased intracranial pressure with one side of incomplete paralysis in 3 cases; increased intracranial pressure symptoms
