目的观察天智颗粒治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法采用随机对照实验研究方法,对86例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组43例,对照组43例,对照组采用抗血小板聚集、改善循环、抗凝、调脂等常规方法治疗,治疗组在此基础上口服天智颗粒,疗程均为60d。结果天智颗粒应用于患者梗死后并发症,如痴呆,记忆力减退,失眠、头晕等症状明显减少,二组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论天智颗粒对改善脑梗死患者预后疗效显著。 Objective To observe the effect of Tianzhi granule in treating cerebral infarction. Methods A randomized controlled trial was conducted in 86 patients with cerebral infarction. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group (43 cases) and control group (43 cases). The control group was treated with anti-platelet aggregation to improve circulation, anticoagulation and lipid regulation. On the basis of oral Tianzhi particles, treatment are 60d. Results Tianzhi granule applied to patients with post-infarction complications such as dementia, memory loss, insomnia, dizziness and other symptoms was significantly reduced, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Tianzhi granule has a significant effect on improving the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction.
