用HBVDNA转染体外细胞系 (人肝肿瘤细胞株 )而得到一种瞬间表达产物通过检验这种产物来研究X基因的表达特性 ,并通过同时转染抑癌基因P53 来观察其对X基因在人肝细胞中表达的抑制作用。结果提示 :P53 可通过抑制X检验在细胞中的表达而使其转活性功能丧失从而达到抑制癌肿产生的作用 ,但P53 抑癌机能的发挥与其在细胞中含量的多少有关。
A transient expression product was obtained by transfecting an in vitro cell line (human hepatoma cell line) with HBVDNA. By examining this product to study the expression characteristics of the X gene and by observing its effect on the X gene by simultaneously transfecting the tumor suppressor gene P53 Inhibition of human hepatocyte expression. The results suggest that P53 inhibits the transactivation function by inhibiting the expression of X in cells and thus inhibits the production of cancer cells. However, the role of P53 in tumor suppression depends on the content of P53 in cells.
