燕尾槽结构的大型锻锤锤头因疲劳裂纹扩展导致锤头寿命急剧降低。利用ABAQUS有限元软件,采用弹塑性方法对无裂纹和有裂纹两种状态的锻锤锤头燕尾槽处的应力应变进行了分析研究,为工程实际中大吨位锻锤结构尺寸的设计提供一定的技术支持。
