一、前言铁道车辆用的电机与一般工业用电机相比,在振动、尘埃、潮气、负荷变化等使用条件方面更为严峻。此外,由于重量和空间受限制,因此通常要求小型和轻量化。电力机车的主要电器设备有主变压器、主整流器、牵引电动机、控制装置和辅助电机等。在提高速度和牵引力的同时,输出功率也有所提高。因此,占车辆重量约30%的电器设备的轻型化就更有必要。为满足此要求,除了从电气设计上改进之外,对绝缘材料性能的提高也寄予了极大的希望。
