介绍了邯钢三轧厂在线材轧机粗轧机组后的飞剪设计中 ,采用了硬齿面齿轮传动 ,零侧隙啮合 ,液压缸锁紧与横移及简便实用的剪刃间隙调整机构。并介绍了该飞剪的使用效果及优缺点。
This paper introduces the design of flying shear after the rough rolling mill of the third rolling mill in Handan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. It adopts the hard-toothed gear transmission, zero backlash meshing, locking and traversing of the hydraulic cylinder and the simple and practical cutting edge clearance adjusting mechanism. The use of the flying shear and its advantages and disadvantages are also introduced.
