奶(人奶和牛奶)氟是婴幼儿摄取氟的重要来源。氟对人体的重要生物学作用、毒理学效应和对有机体的酶、胶原、染色体、线粒体、膜及蛋白质合成的亚细胞效应等方面的研究,已达到一定的广度和深度。对特殊膳食结构的婴幼儿来说,奶氟的测定对进行这些研究具有重要意义。
