采用气相色谱法,用DB-1毛细管柱,以邻苯二甲酸二环己酯为内标物,用氢火焰离子化检测器对试样中的环丙唑醇和丙环唑同时进行分离和定量分析。在选定的色谱条件下,有效成分、内标物及未知物能得到有效分离,并能获得较好的检测结果。测得环丙唑醇、丙环唑的线性相关系数为0.9997、0.9999,标准偏差为0.029、0.041,变异系数为0.37%、0.16%,回收率分别为99.38%~100.68%、99.68%~100.52%。
The samples were separated and quantified by gas chromatography with a DB-1 capillary column with dicyclohexyl phthalate as the internal standard using a flame ionization detector for both cyproconazole and propiconazole in the sample analysis. In the selected chromatographic conditions, the active ingredient, internal standard and unknowns can be effectively separated, and can get better test results. The linear correlation coefficients of cyproconazole and propiconazole were 0.9997,0.9999, the standard deviations were 0.029,0.041, the coefficients of variation were 0.37% and 0.16%, the recoveries were 99.38% ~ 100.68% and 99.68% ~ 100.52% .
