辽宁省微生物研究所由邢瑛、李东海等主持承担的“香菇液体菌种发酵工艺及栽培技术研究”项目,在朝阳市科学技术委员会的主持下,通过技术鉴定。该项研究采用LN—9号菌株在发酵工艺中,解决了国内带有普遍性的液体种斜面匀浆问题,降低了污染率,并使发酵周期比斜面匀浆法缩短了2~3天。通过试验,筛选出了培养基最佳配方,摸清了发酵适温,发酵罐中的通气量、搅拌转数、pH值等工艺参数。在接种量7~10%的条件下,经96~120小时,即可获
Liaoning Province Institute of Microbiology by Xing Ying, Li Donghai and other hosted “mushroom liquid fermentation technology and cultivation technology research” project, under the auspices of the Chaoyang City Science and Technology Commission, through technical appraisal. In this study, LN-9 strain was used in fermentation process to solve the problem of beveled surface homogeneity with common liquid species in China, which reduced the contamination rate and shortened the fermentation period by 2 to 3 days compared with the slant homogenization method. Through experiments, the optimal formula of the medium was screened, and the process parameters such as fermentation temperature, aeration volume in the fermenter, stirring speed and pH were found out.
