20世纪80年代,我国进行了重大人事制度改革,确立了干部革命化、年轻化、知识化、专业化的新方针,废除领导干部终身制,大力提拔中青年干部,建立离退休制度,推进行政机构改革,取得了积极成果,今天仍然具有重要借鉴价值。为了了解相关的详细情况,我们走访了改革开放新时期首任国家人事局局长、党组书记焦善民。焦老虽已年近九旬,但仍然精神矍铄,思维敏捷,详细回答了我们的提问。
