目的研究疤痕止痒软化中药膏剂对家兔烧伤创面致痒介质的影响。方法通过Cajal吡啶银染法,免疫组织化学技术,计算机辅助图像分析技术检测使用疤痕止痒软化膏后家兔烧伤创面及创面愈合后不同时间组织神经末梢数量,(substance P,SP)P物质,肥大细胞数目,组胺及5-羟色胺的多少。结果家兔使用疤痕止痒膏在烧伤创面及烧伤愈合后的创面不同时间点上部分毁损皮肤的神经末梢整体结构及数量实验组与对照组比较差异性不大。用药后家兔深Ⅱ°烧伤创面及烧伤愈合后创面组织不同时间点中组织SP含量与对照组比较差异性不大(P﹥0.01)。用药后实验组脱颗粒的肥大细胞数目明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。实验组的组织胺及5-色胺量与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论疤痕止痒软化膏对家兔烧伤创面致痒介质有一定的影响,从烧伤创面早期就开始用药物进行烧伤瘙痒的干预是一条可以考虑的方法。
Objective To study the effects of scars, antipruritic Chinese traditional medicine ointment on itching medium in rabbits’ burn wounds. Methods Cajal pyridine silver staining, immunohistochemistry and computer-aided image analysis were used to detect the contents of substance P and substance P in the burned wounds of rabbits and the wound healing at different time points after the wounds were treated with scars, Mast cell number, histamine and serotonin how much. Results The rabbits used scar antipruritic cream on the burn wounds and wound healing wounds at different time points on the part of the total damage to the skin of the nerve endings of the overall structure and quantity of experimental group compared with the control group was not significantly different. Compared with the control group, SP content in deep Ⅱ ° burn wounds of rabbits and wound healing at different time points after treatment were not significantly different (P> 0.01). After treatment, the numbers of degranulation mast cells in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group (P <0.01). The experimental group histamine and 5 - tryptamine amount compared with the control group were significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusion Scaling anti-itching softening cream has some effects on the itch media of burn wounds in rabbits. The intervention of burn pruritus with drugs from the early stage of burn wounds is an acceptable method.
