目的:探讨机用PathFile联合ProTaper镍钛器械治疗重度弯曲根管的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年10月-2015年10月期间就诊需进行根管治疗的112颗磨牙,共计331个根管,其中134个重度弯曲根管(弯曲度≥25°)。随机分为A,B两组,A组先用PathFile进行冠部预扩大后,再用ProTaper进行根管预备;B组单独使用ProTaper预备根管。比较2组患牙治疗后根管预备时间、根尖偏移率、器械折断率及恰填率的差异。结果:A组的根管预备时间较B组稍长,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组根尖偏移率及器械折断率较B组低,恰填率较B组高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:机用PathFile联合ProTaper镍钛器械在预备重度弯曲根管时,能较好的保持根管的原有形态,且充填效果好。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of machine PathFile combined with ProTaper NiTi apparatus in treatment of severely curved root canal. METHODS: A total of 112 root canals treated with root canal therapy from October 2012 to October 2015 were selected, of which 134 were severely bent (≥25 ° curvature). Randomly divided into A, B two groups, A group first with PathFile pre-enlarging the crown, then ProTaper for root canal preparation; B group using ProTaper alone root canal preparation. The difference of root canal preparation time, apical excursion rate, appliance fracture rate and just fill rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The preparation time of root canal in group A was slightly longer than that in group B (P <0.05). The apical offset rate and device breaking rate in group A were lower than those in group B, The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Machine PathFile combined with ProTaper NiTi apparatus can maintain the original morphology of root canal well when preparing severe curved root canal, and the filling effect is good.
