目的:观察四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠颌下腺超微结构变化。方法:雄性wistar大鼠20只,随机分为对照组10只,实验组10只,用四氧嘧啶复制糖尿病动物模型,然后1月、3月分别取材制片,应用透射电镜观察其超微结构变化。结果:对照组1月时体重(248.40±14.96)g,血糖(5.53±0.76)mmol/L,实验组1月体重(163.45±10.43)g,血糖(24.21±6.28)mmol/L,比较:P<0.01,有显著性差异;对照组3月时体重(360.75±18.60)g,血糖(5.51±0.78)mmol/L,实验组3月时体重(138.45±8.60)g,血糖(28.36±7.43)mmol/L,比较:P<0.01,有显著性差异;与对照组比较,实验组颌下腺1月时,颌下腺细胞的细胞核轮廓不规则,线粒体肿胀,粗面内质网扩张,3月时表现为颌下腺细胞核固缩,线粒体出现空泡变性,嵴断裂等。结论:四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠颌下腺组织出现超微结构改变,且随病程的延长而显著。
Objective: To observe the ultrastructure of submandibular gland in alloxan diabetic rats. Methods: Twenty male wistar rats were randomly divided into control group (n = 10) and experimental group (n = 10). Alloxan was used to replicate diabetic animal model. Then the animals were drawn in January and March respectively. The ultrastructure of the model was observed by transmission electron microscope Variety. Results: The body weight of the control group was 248.40 ± 14.96 g and the blood glucose was 5.53 ± 0.76 mmol / L on January. The weight of the experimental group was 163.45 ± 10.43 g and the blood glucose was 24.21 ± 6.28 mmol / L on January, (P <0.01). The body weight of the control group was (360.75 ± 18.60) g and the blood sugar (5.51 ± 0.78) mmol / L at 3 months and the weight of the experimental group was (138.45 ± 8.60) g and 28.36 ± 7.43 mmol / L, compared: P <0.01, there was a significant difference; compared with the control group, submandibular gland in January of the experimental group, the submandibular gland cells irregular nucleus, mitochondria swelling, rough endoplasmic reticulum expansion in March showed Submandibular gland nuclear condensation, mitochondria vacuolar degeneration, crest fracture. Conclusion: Alloxan diabetic rats submandibular gland tissue ultrastructure changes, and with the extension of the course of significant.
