在苏联,确定矿磨机生产率的两种方法获得最普遍的应用:一种方法是按指定新生成级别的单位生产率q进行计算,另一种是按磨矿的能量效率e进行计算。在文献中指出,在设计实践中采用的按磨好级别的单位生产率计算磨机的方法不能直接确定用于磨矿的能耗,这就是这种方法的缺点。确实,没有q和e之间相互关系的资料就不能评价所采用的磨机生产率计算方法的优点及揭露它的不足。寻找和研究q和e之间的相互关系具有很大的实际意义。
In the Soviet Union, two methods of determining mill productivity are most commonly used: one is to calculate at a unit rate of production, q, at a given new formation level and the other is to calculate at a mill energy efficiency, e. It is pointed out in the literature that the method of calculating mill-per-unit-productivity mill used in design practice does not directly determine the energy consumption for grinding, which is the disadvantage of this method. Indeed, without the interrelationship between q and e, the advantages of the mill-productivity calculation method employed can not be evaluated and its deficiencies uncovered. It is of great practical significance to find and study the relationship between q and e.
