1989年7～11月那坡县平孟乡边境地区发生伤寒暴发流行。流行特征为:病例仅局限分布于距中越边境0.5～6km内的念井等地14个村屯,在1779人口中发生伤寒244例,罹患率13.7％,病死3例病死率1.2％,各村屯罹患率为1.0～41.3％;首例发病时间为7月3日,高峰为9月下旬及10月上、中旬,11月下旬流行终止;男女发病无差异,男性发病年龄高峰为30—39岁(20.5％),且各年龄组发病有显著差异(P<0.05);而女性年龄组无
From July to November 1989, an outbreak of typhoid fever occurred in the border area of Pingmeng Township in Napo County. The epidemic characteristics were as follows: the cases were confined to 14 villages, such as Nianjing, within 0.5 ~ 6km from the Sino-Vietnamese border.
