运动员肌肉放松能力的好坏,对成绩影响较大,短跑运动员尤其明显。因此,动作放松是保持速度的关键。从短跑训练学的角度来讲,我们所说的放松,主要是指大脑皮层在接受外界的任何刺激时,兴奋和抑制的交替都能适应,而又有节奉地进行,以及对抗肌群的主动放松。肌肉放松作为短跑运动员的一项专项能力,它是一个长期、系统地训练工程,而良好的放松能力是经过后天的系统训练又才能达到掌握和提高。因此,田径技术教学训练中应重视其放松能力的培养,并应占有相应的地位。
