目的探讨萎缩性胃炎伴不同亚型肠上皮化生胃黏膜组织中突变型p53(mtp53)和C-myc蛋白的表达及意义。方法通过AB-PAS和HID-AB黏液染色区分肠上皮化生亚型,应用免疫组织化学Elivision法检测各组mtp53和C-myc蛋白的表达。结果不完全性结肠化生、不完全性小肠化生、完全性结肠化生、完全性小肠化生和非萎缩性胃炎胃黏膜中mtp53表达率分别为:25.00%、4.25%、5.88%、6.25%、0.00%,C-myc的表达率分别为:57.78%、23.40%、17.65%、25.00%、10.00%,不完全性结肠化生mtp53蛋白表达高于非萎缩性胃炎(P<0.01);不完全性结肠化生C-myc蛋白表达高于其他亚型肠化生和非萎缩性胃炎(P<0.05)。结论 mtp53蛋白和C-myc蛋白过表达可能参与了胃黏膜肠化及癌变的过程,同时提示不完全性结肠化生可能与胃癌的发生关系密切。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of mutant p53 (mtp53) and C-myc protein in gastric mucosa of patients with atrophic gastritis associated with different subtypes of intestinal metaplasia. Methods The intestinal subtypes were differentiated by AB-PAS and HID-AB mucus stain. The expressions of mtp53 and C-myc in each group were detected by Elivision immunohistochemistry. Results The expression rates of mtp53 in gastric mucosa with incomplete intestinal metaplasia, incomplete intestinal metaplasia, complete colon metaplasia, complete intestinal metaplasia and non-atrophic gastritis were 25.00%, 4.25%, 5.88%, 6.25 The expression rates of mtp53 protein in non - atrophic gastritis were higher than those in non - atrophic gastritis (P <0.01). The expression rates of C - myc were 57.78%, 23.40%, 17.65%, 25.00% and 10.00% Incomplete colon metaplasia of C-myc protein expression than other subtypes metaplasia and non-atrophic gastritis (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion Overexpression of mtp53 and C-myc may be involved in gastric mucosal intestinal metaplasia and carcinogenesis, suggesting that incomplete colon metaplasia may be closely related to gastric carcinogenesis.
