采用涂覆法制备了具有ZrO2-玻璃基抗氧化涂层的钼基体试样,通过对试样进行不同工艺的热处理,研究了热处理时间和温度对涂层抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明,在1300℃热处理20 min的涂层,结构致密,具有良好的抗氧化性能。
The molybdenum substrate with ZrO2-glass-based anti-oxidation coating was prepared by coating method. The effects of heat treatment time and temperature on the oxidation resistance of the coating were studied by heat treatment of different samples. The results show that the coating annealed at 1300 ℃ for 20 min has a compact structure and good oxidation resistance.
