一、适宜贮藏的山楂品种和质量要求适宜贮藏保鲜的山楂品种有辽红、燕瓤红、西丰红、金星、秋金星等。贮藏的山楂果皮和果肉应具有本品种固有的色泽,果面洁净,果个均匀,大山楂500克应有果数在75个以内,秋山楂500克应有果为120个以内,带有果柄。轻微碰压或刺伤果不得超过总量的3％,不得有冻伤及腐烂果,病虫果率不超过3％。
