目的:建立芭蕉根的HPLC指纹图谱鉴别方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC-DAD法,以Diamonsil-C18(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相乙腈-0.05%磷酸水,采用梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,310 nm波长下测定芭蕉根、香蕉根及美人蕉根的指纹图谱,并作相似度比较分析。结果:建立了芭蕉根药材HPLC-UV指纹图谱,20个共有峰被标定,并对芭蕉根、香蕉根及美人蕉根药材的HPLC指纹图谱进行相似度比较,结果差异明显。结论:HPLC指纹图谱具有重复性好,特征性强,方法简便等特点,可用于芭蕉根药材的鉴别。
Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprinting identification method of plantain. Methods: The mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid was eluted with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 at a wavelength of 1310 nm on a Diamonsil-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) Banana root, banana root and cannae root fingerprints, and comparative analysis of similarities. Results: HPLC-UV fingerprinting of banana root was established, and 20 common peaks were calibrated. The similarity of HPLC fingerprints of banana root, banana root and canna root medicinal materials were compared, and the difference was obvious. Conclusion: HPLC fingerprinting has the characteristics of good repeatability, strong characteristic, simple method and so on, which can be used for the identification of Musa.
