目的:建立枇杷叶药材中熊果酸含量的近红外光谱定量模型,快速测定枇杷叶中熊果酸含量。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定131批枇杷叶中熊果酸含量,采用二阶导数法预处理近红外光谱,结合偏最小二乘法建立建立枇杷叶中熊果酸含量的定量模型,并进行了内部交叉验证和25个枇杷叶样品的外部预测验证。结果:所建立的熊果酸近红外光谱定量分析模型,内部交叉验证决定系数达到0.982 46,校正均方差为0.175,预测均方差为0.294,内部交叉验证均方差为0.525 02。结论:该模型稳定,准确可靠,可应用于枇杷叶中熊果酸的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a quantitative model of ursolic acid in loquat leaf by rapid determination of ursolic acid in loquat leaves. Methods: The content of ursolic acid in 131 batches of loquat leaves was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The second derivative method was used to pretreat the UA spectra. The quantitative model of ursolic acid in loquat leaves was established by partial least-squares method. The internal cross-validation And 25 loquat leaf samples by external prediction validation. Results: The ursolic acid near infrared spectroscopy quantitative analysis model was established. The internal cross validation coefficient was 0.982 46, the corrected mean square error was 0.175, the predicted mean square error was 0.294, and the internal cross validation mean square error was 0.525 02. Conclusion: The model is stable, accurate and reliable and can be applied to the determination of ursolic acid in loquat leaves.
