粉煤灰固化技术是用一定量(5~20%)的固化剂将一定量(80~95%)的粉煤灰固结成具有一定强度和耐久性的固化体的工艺方法。固结成的固化体可以是建筑材料和建筑制品。它们包括免烧陶粒、空心砌块、大型夹层墙板、实心空心小砖、彩素墙地面砖、仿古长城砖、平瓦和人行道花砖等。固化体也用于建筑物基础工程、路基和路坝。据报导,用武汉工业大学研究生部研究出的一种固化剂所固结的粉煤灰试件其28天强度比用水泥固结的粉煤灰试件高32%。当固化粉煤灰材料中固化剂为20%时,固化体的容重为1600kg/m~3,强度为30.8MPa,与同标号砼相比,粘结剂用量少。
Fly ash solidification technology is a certain amount (5 ~ 20%) of curing agent to consolidate a certain amount (80 ~ 95%) of fly ash into a solidified body with a certain strength and durability of the process. The consolidated solidified body may be a building material and a building product. They include non-fired ceramics, hollow blocks, large sandwich panels, solid hollow bricks, color wall tiles, antique wall bricks, flat tiles, and sidewalk tiles. Cured bodies are also used in building foundation engineering, roadbeds, and road dams. According to reports, a fly ash solidified with a curing agent developed by the Graduate School of Wuhan Polytechnic University has a 28-day strength that is 32% higher than that of cement-bound fly ash. When the curing agent in the solidified fly ash material is 20%, the bulk density of the solidified body is 1600 kg/m 3 and the strength is 30.8 MPa, and the amount of the binder is less than that of the same grade crucible.
