Before and after the Spring Festival, when Chairman Yang Shangkun inspected Shanghai, he pointed out: After determining the major policies, what is important is to work hard, to stop talking, and to not engage in formalism or spending anything on it. Formalism is also bureaucracy, and we must resolutely overcome it. With these words, President Yang earnestly focused his attention on the current situation and cut shortcomings. As a result, cadres, especially leading cadres at all levels, should conscientiously check their work and work hard for the country to do more practical work for the people. These years, formalism is indeed a lot of things. Many leading cadres are busy running games, engaged in social activities, cutting ribbons in the morning, taking the first episode in the afternoon and attending the banquet at night. There are a few things to do when there is time in depth and in depth with the masses. Some leaders even ran below, but also superficial, cursory, others asked him to make “instructions ”.
