目的 为揭示幕上星形细胞瘤的细胞凋亡及其与增殖的关系。方法 采用TUNEL法检测肿瘤凋亡细胞、HE染色检测分裂相肿瘤细胞。结果 肿瘤细胞凋亡指数 (AI)随着肿瘤的恶性程度的增加而增大 ;AI值越大 ,预后越差 ;凋亡指数/分裂指数 (AI/MI)在高与低级别肿瘤间的差别有显著性意义 (P<0.01) ;多因素分析年龄分组、AI、AI/MI、放疗与预后关系密切 (均P<0.05)。结论 AI是提示幕上星形细胞瘤预后的重要指标 ,亦是肿瘤分级的重要辅助指标 ,但多个指标的结合更有利于对预后的判断
Objective To reveal the apoptosis of supratentorial astrocytoma and its relationship with proliferation. Methods Tumor apoptotic cells were detected by TUNEL method and HE staining was used to detect dividing tumor cells. Results The apoptotic index (AI) of tumor cells increased with the degree of malignancy of the tumor; the greater the AI value, the worse the prognosis; the difference between the high and low grade tumors of the apoptotic index/mitotic index (AI/MI). There was significant significance (P<0.01); multiple factors analysis of age group, AI, AI/MI, radiotherapy and prognosis were closely related (all P<0.05). Conclusion AI is an important indicator of the prognosis of supratentorial astrocytomas, and it is also an important auxiliary index for tumor grading, but the combination of multiple indicators is more conducive to the prognosis of astrocytoma.
