规范、详尽的公共标识语体现出一个地区的文明程度,其质量是衡量旅游地旅游产业现代化和国际化程度的一个硬指标。俄语等多语种服务环境是建设国际旅游岛的瓶颈问题之一。目前,海南旅游景区、公共服务场所的公共标识语俄译文存在着混乱与不规范问题,不仅有损国家形象,也会使旅游业广延性发展受到影响。本文通过调研,提出规范翻译的理论依据和解决问题的对策,为海南国际旅游岛建设规范多语种服务环境,特别是俄语服务环境提供理论依据和和决策参考。
The normative and exhaustive public logotype reflects the degree of civilization of a region, and its quality is a hard indicator to measure the degree of modernization and internationalization of tourism industry in tourist destinations. Russian and other multilingual service environment is one of the bottlenecks in building an international tourist island. At present, there are chaos and irregularities in the translation of public signs and languages in Hainan tourist attractions and public service places, which not only detracts from the national image but also affects the extensive development of tourism. In this paper, we put forward the theoretical basis for regulating translation and countermeasures to solve the problem, which will provide the theoretical basis and decision-making reference for the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island to regulate the service environment of multilingualism, especially the Russian service environment.
