1基本情况某油库改造工程是中国石化西南成品油管道的配套工程,主要建设内容包括新建1×104m3内浮顶油罐4座、5×103m3内浮顶油罐2座、公路发油系统、消防泵房以及配套工艺管线。1.1项目建设管理体制该油库改造工程由中国石化西南成品油管道项目经理部负责统一管理;油库所属石油分公司参与项目的建设管理,主要负责协调地方关系,办理相关手续以及解决施工与安全生产中的矛盾。设计、监理单位为中国石化改制企业,施工单位为中国石化下属化建公司。 1 Basic Situation An oil depot renovation project is an accessory project of Sinopec Southwest refined oil pipeline. The main construction contents include 4 new floating roof tanks of 1 × 104m3, 2 floating roof tanks of 5 × 103m3, oil distribution system of highway, Fire pump room and supporting process pipeline. 1.1 Project Management System The oil tank reconstruction project is managed by Sinopec Southwest Oil Product Pipeline Project Manager. The oil branch affiliated to the oil tanker is involved in the construction and management of the project. It is mainly responsible for coordinating local relations, handling related formalities and resolving construction and safety production Contradictions. The design and supervision unit is a restructuring enterprise of Sinopec Corp. The construction unit is a construction company affiliated to Sinopec Corp.
