本设计利用郑州炜盛科技的三电极CO传感元件和STM32单片机完成了便携式CO气体检测仪的研制。CO传感元件采集的数据经过运算放大电路、滤波电路转换成电压信号。设计中采用12位的A/D,将被测模拟量转换成数字量,经过处理后用数字方式显示出测量结果。利用键盘和TFT液晶实现较好的人机交互,并实现了声光报警。通过将传感器检测技术与嵌入式技术有机结合起来,设计了一种便携性较好、智能化程度较高的数字式CO浓度检测仪。
The design uses the Zhengzhou Wei Sheng technology three-electrode CO sensor and STM32 single-chip microcomputer to complete the development of portable CO gas detector. CO sensing element data collected by the operational amplifier circuit, the filter circuit into a voltage signal. The design uses 12-bit A / D, the measured analog converted to digital, after processing the digital display of the measurement results. The use of keyboard and TFT LCD to achieve better human-computer interaction, and the realization of the sound and light alarm. By combining the sensor detection technology and embedded technology, a digital CO concentration detector with better portability and intelligence is designed.
