多级闪发-流化床蒸发器是荷兰、德尔夫特工程学院新研制的一种利用液-固体流化床传热的、闪发级相叠成立置式的多级蒸发器。本文综合有关文献报导,阐明了立式多级闪发蒸发器的闪发过程和汽水分离过程,液-固体流化床的传热特性和自清洁效应,以及50吨/天装置和500吨/天装置的运行情况。本文论述了该种蒸发器与普通卧式闪发蒸发器相比,具有:容许高的蒸汽容负荷、极小的闪发不平衡度、高效的自然离心汽水分离作用、良好的传热效果和自清污垢效应等特点。
Multi-stage flash - fluidized bed evaporator is a new type of multi-stage evaporator with liquid-solid fluidized bed heat transfer and flash level stacking set up in Delft Engineering College in the Netherlands. Based on the literature reports, this paper clarifies the flash process and the steam-water separation process of the vertical multi-stage flash evaporator, the heat transfer characteristics and self-cleaning effect of the liquid-solid fluidized bed, and the 50 t / Day device operation.
