针对空间目标光电观测网中的目标分配问题,通过对编目实际情况的分析,考虑了目标的探测率、编目定轨对测量数据的要求和编目更新率,提出编目效率的概念并给出相应计算方法。在此基础上,建立了空间目标分配优化的线性规划模型。数值仿真表明,模型有效,求解可行,可用于空间目标光电观测网的日常运行,提高观测网的运行效率。编目效率概念同时也可作为对观测所需资源消耗的度量,从而实现对观测网编目能力的评估。
Aiming at the problem of target assignment in space target photoelectric observing network, this paper considers the target detection rate, the requirement of cataloged orbit determination data and cataloged updating rate through the analysis of the actual cataloging, puts forward the concept of cataloging efficiency and gives the corresponding calculation method. On this basis, a linear programming model for spatial target assignment optimization is established. The numerical simulation shows that the model is effective and feasible, which can be used in the daily operation of the space target photoelectric observation network and improve the operation efficiency of the observation network. The concept of cataloging efficiency can also be used as a measure of the resource consumption of observations in order to enable the evaluation of the cataloging capabilities of observing networks.
