目的介绍一种冠状动脉MRA(CMRA)血管定量分析工具“Soap-Bubble”的应用体会及其价值。方法采用Soap-Bubble工具对20例CMRA数据进行后处理重建及定量分析,通过测量冠状动脉各主要分支的长度、直径和血管锐利度,定量评价CMRA的图像质量。结果20例CMRA血管各主要分支的长度(均值±标准差):RCA为(111±31)mm,LM+LAD为(84±14)mm,LCX为(48±12)mm;直径(均值±标准差)为RCA(3.0±0.4)mm,LM+LAD(2.9±0.3)mm,LCX(2.4±0.2)mm;血管锐利度(均值±标准差)为RCA(44±13)%,LM+LAD(43±15)%,LCX(31±18)%。结论Soap-Bubble工具能够把扭曲变形的3D冠状动脉映射到一个平面上,并能够进行定量分析和评价。
Objective To introduce the application and value of coronary artery MRA (CMRA) vascular quantitative analysis tool “Soap-Bubble”. Methods 20 cases of CMRA data were reconstructed and analyzed quantitatively by Soap-Bubble tool. By measuring the length, diameter and vessel sharpness of each major coronary artery, the image quality of CMRA was quantitatively evaluated. Results The length (mean ± standard deviation) of the major branches of the CMRA vessels were (111 ± 31) mm in RCA, (84 ± 14) mm in LM + LAD, (48 ± 12) mm in LCX, Standard deviation) were RCA (3.0 ± 0.4) mm, LM + LAD (2.9 ± 0.3) mm and LCX (2.4 ± 0.2) mm respectively. The vessel sharpness (mean ± standard deviation) LAD (43 ± 15)%, LCX (31 ± 18)%. Conclusion The Soap-Bubble tool maps distorted 3D coronary arteries to a flat surface and is capable of quantitative analysis and evaluation.
