应用原生质体电融合技术 ,获得了茄子近缘野生种Solanumtorvum、S aethiopicum与栽培种S melongena (六叶茄 ,Dourga)的种间体细胞融合四倍体再生植株。染色体检测表明该植株为四倍体 (2n =4x =4 8) ,荧光免疫检测证明为种间体细胞杂种 ,青枯病抗性鉴定表明带有抗病基因 ,田间生长表现为倾向野生亲本的中间类型
The interspecific somatic cell fusion tetraploid regenerated plants of Solanumtorvum, S aethiopicum and S melongena (Dourga) were obtained by protoplast electrosynthesis. Chromosome detection showed that the plant was tetraploid (2n = 4x = 48). Fluorescence immunoassay showed that interspecific somatic hybrids were identified. The identification of resistance to bacterial wilt disease showed resistance genes and the field performance tended to be wild Intermediate type
