目的观察海洛因依赖患者血清肌钙蛋白I(TnI)与C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的变化,探讨海洛因与人体心肌损害的关系。方法选择乌鲁木齐市第四人民医院2015年1月至2017年1月在门诊治疗的200例海洛因依赖者为研究组,选择2016年10月至2017年6月223例在本院进行健康体检的健康人群作为健康体检对照组;采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测两组血清TnI水平,采用速率透射比浊法检测两组血清CRP水平。结果海洛因依赖组血清TnI与CRP均较健康体检对照组升高[TnI(μg/L):0.51±0.26比0.15±0.06,CRP(mg/L):18.1±3.9比6.15±2.57],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论血清TnI与CRP水平的变化在海洛因依赖的发生发展中起重要作用。海洛因可造成人体心肌损害,有关部门应加强对青少年的身心健康教育,使之远离毒品。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum troponin I (TnI) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in heroin dependent patients and explore the relationship between heroin and myocardial damage. Methods 200 cases of heroin addicts in Urumqi No.4 People’s Hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as study group and 223 healthy subjects in our hospital from October 2016 to June 2017 were selected Serum TnI levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and serum CRP levels were measured by transmission turbidimetry. Results The levels of serum TnI and CRP in the heroin dependence group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group [TnI (μg / L): 0.51 ± 0.26 vs 0.15 ± 0.06, CRP (mg / L): 18.1 ± 3.9 vs 6.15 ± 2.57] There was statistical significance (all P <0.05). Conclusion The changes of serum TnI and CRP levels play an important role in the occurrence and development of heroin dependence. Heroin can cause damage to the heart muscle, the relevant departments should strengthen the physical and mental health education of young people, to keep away from drugs.
