本法系以硼氢化钾快速还原三价砷离子为砷化氢,再用硝酸-硝酸银-聚乙烯酸-乙醇溶液吸收显色,于400nm波长处测量吸收度。所用仪器结构简单,操作方便,灵敏度高(较Ⅰ型测砷器的灵敏度提高五倍)而且所用试剂无毒。是目前检测药物中砷含量行之有效的快速、准确、灵敏的新方法。
This method uses potassium borohydride to rapidly reduce trivalent arsenic ions to arsine, and then absorbs color with nitric acid-silver nitrate-polyvinyl acid-ethanol solution, and absorbance is measured at a wavelength of 400 nm. The instrument used is simple in structure, convenient in operation, and high in sensitivity (more than five times the sensitivity of type I arsenic analyzer) and the reagents used are non-toxic. It is a fast, accurate, and sensitive new method for detecting arsenic in medicines.
