本文在对质量竞争战略的内涵进行发掘的基础上,从顾客满意的市场特质出发,探讨了企业质量竞争战略的动力机制。在此基础上,根据质量管理的优化技术在企业中应用所形成的企业质量竞争战略管理的溢出效应,归纳出三种层次化的企业绩效模式,并进一步讨论了这三种企业绩效模式的相机抉择的前提。这不仅丰富了企业竞争战略理论,而且为企业绩效模式的抉择提供了新的理论支撑。
