当进行微量汞(含有ng/l数量级)分析时,往往试剂空白值比样品含量还高。作者提出了几种试剂中汞的去除方法如下: A.在100ml溶液中加入5g Unicellex树脂,然后在振荡器上振荡。B.与A一样加入树脂后,放置一天,其间用手轻轻振荡2~3次。C.在100ml溶液中加入5g活性碳,放置一天后,离心取上清液。D.过锰酸钾溶液,以1/100的当量比加入草酸钠,煮沸2小时,放置一昼夜后经微孔滤器(0.45μm)过滤。
When the analysis of trace mercury (including ng / l orders of magnitude), often reagent blank value is higher than the sample content.
