数控系统正逐步向着灵活性、组件化、可重构的开放式体系结构的方向发展。用软件复用 ,软件重构等软件开发新技术对开放式数控系统进行研究 ,已成为一种趋势。在系统阐述COM组件技术的概念及特点的基础上 ,分析了基于COM技术下的开放式数控系统的特点 ,并对数控系统组件进行系统划分与分析。利用COM技术的二进制语言无关性、进程透明性、可重用性及接口规范性等特点 ,对数控插补组件的实现 ,插补组件接口设计 ,插补组件对象的创建进行了研究。将所开发的插补组件与其它数控组件进行连接 ,取得较好的效果。同时对数控组件的实时性进行了分析。
CNC systems are gradually moving toward a flexible, componentized, and reconfigurable open architecture. With software reuse, software reconfiguration and other software development of new technologies to open CNC system, has become a trend. On the basis of expatiating the conception and characteristics of COM component system, this paper analyzes the characteristics of open CNC system based on COM technology and systematically divides and analyzes CNC system components. Based on the characteristics of binary language independence, process transparency, reusability and interface specification of COM technology, this paper studies the realization of CNC interpolation components, the interface design of interpolation components and the creation of interpolation component objects. The developed interpolation components and other CNC components to connect, get better results. At the same time, the real-time numerical control components were analyzed.
