本文总结了本企业改革与发展的经验,表明建设新型的能化集团,应走好五条发展道路,即走好特色和优势经济的道路,建设新型煤电化工基地;走好循环和“绿色”经济的道路,实现矿区经济的良性循环发展和“绿色”环保;走好园区和集群经济的道路,有效带动产业优化升级;走好知识和集约经济的道路,全面增强企业的核心竞争力;走好股份和混合经济的道路,凝聚强劲的发展动力。文章还对加快大企业大集团的发展提出了建议。
