通过研究装载机结构特点和工作过程,建立了以板单元为基本单元的后车架有限元模型。用ANSYS对装载机典型工况进行了强度分析,得到了最大应力值并找出了危险区域。在此基础上改进了后车架的结构。文章所获得的分析数据对装载机后车架的结构设计具有一定的参考价值。
By studying the structural characteristics and working process of the loader, a finite element model of the rear frame with the plate element as the basic unit is established. The strength of the loader was analyzed by ANSYS. The maximum stress value was obtained and the dangerous area was found out. On this basis, the structure of the rear frame is improved. The analytical data obtained in this paper have certain reference value for the structural design of the rear frame of the loader.
