目的:总结单侧上颌骨缺损赝复体修复的体会。方法:50例因上颌骨肿瘤行单侧上颌骨切除病例,于术后3～6月进行中空式传统硬质树脂阻塞器修复。结果:患者的咀嚼功能提高,发音清晰,鼻音明显减轻,进食时鼻漏明显改善,手术侧塌陷改善,恢复正常面部外形,赝复体的固位和稳定性良好。结论:赝复体能明显改善单侧上颌骨缺损患者的咀嚼、发音等功能。
Objective: To summarize the experience of unilateral maxillary defect prosthesis rehabilitation. Methods: Fifty patients with unilateral maxillary resection due to maxillary tumor were treated with hollow conventional hard resin occluder in 3 to 6 months after operation. Results: The patients had better masticatory function, clear articulation, significantly reduced nasal tone, significantly improved rhinorrhea at the time of eating, improved collapse on the operative side, normal facial shape recovery, and good retention and stability of the prosthesis. Conclusion: Prosthetic can significantly improve the unilateral maxillary defect patients chewing, pronunciation and other functions.
