罚畜刑是古代蒙古法规中普遗存在的一种刑罚,本文通过分析《喀尔喀法规》及相关蒙古法规中所罚牲畜的归属,说明罚畜刑的主要内容是对受害方赔偿。 The punishment of animal death is a kind of penalty existing in the ancient Mongolian laws and regulations. In this paper, by analyzing the ownership of livestock fined in the “Regulations of Khalkha” and the related Mongolian laws and regulations, this paper shows that the main content of animal punishment is the compensation to the injured party.
