目的研究香青兰(Dracocephalum moldavica L.)种子的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析、薄层色谱、HPLC色谱等方法,分离纯化香青兰子的化学成分,通过UV、MS、NMR波谱方法对其结构进行解析和鉴定。结果分离并鉴定了6个化合物的结构,分别为田蓟苷(tilianin,1),β-胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,2),黄芪苷(astragalin,3),阿魏酸(ferulic acid,4);咖啡酸(caffeic acid,5),2,5-二羟基苯甲酸(2,5-dihydroxy benzoic acid,6)。结论所有化合物均为首次从香青兰子中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of seeds of Dracocephalum moldavica L. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, TLC and HPLC. Their chemical structures were elucidated by UV, MS and NMR. Results The structures of six compounds were isolated and identified as tilianin (1), daucosterol (2), astragalin (3), ferulic acid (4) Caffeic acid (5), 2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid (6). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from Cymbidium for the first time.
